Her broad areas of expertise include program management, proposal development, strategic planning, and marketing. She has served as Sr. Proposal Manager for one of the top five defense contractors, and been fortunate to have worked with various small businesses.

Mike Lacobucci
Mike holds an Executive Leadership position at a defense and aeronautics company. Previously, Mike served as a senior director for business development for 10+ years with a top five defense contractor, where he managed the Special Operations portfolio.
Prior to transitioning into the civilian world, Mike spent 22 years on active military service as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, serving in every leadership position from Platoon through Squadron Command. Mike spent the majority of his military career in Ranger and Airborne assignments and served operationally all over the world, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa and the Far East.
